GOL (Guard On-line) made its great debut at IFSEC 2009

Published June 10, 2009

According to IFSEC’s coordinators, the trade-show, which is the largest in Europe in its category, had a 15% drop in attendance compared to last year’s show. The explanation for such a decrease in attendance is the current global economical crisis that continues to impact the market as a whole.

Even with this considerable drop in attendance, numerous attendees stopped by our booth to request information on GOL, Contronics’ new software that is bound to revolutionize the way security companies control their guards’ activities. Visitors were particularly impressed with our new concept of using NFC equipped cell phones to perform guard tours. This groundbreaking technology allows cell phones to read RF Tags, which then, through GPRS technology, can emit real time information on guards’ activities directly to our new Guard On-Line software.

Mr. Albert Nitz, owner of UK Security, after receiving a full presentation of our products made a remarkable statement, “you guys have changed the way we understand Guard Tour Control”. That was the overall reaction of all the attendees that stopped by our booth.

This positive feedback we received is an excellent indicator that Contronics’ new line of products will not only greatly facilitate and optimize the various tasks performed by security companies, but most definitely it will reshape the market for guard tour control.

If you are interested in receiving more information about our new line of Real Time products please don’t hesitate to e-mail or call one of our sales representatives listed in our contact page.

We would like to say thanks to all of the attendees/clients that visited our booth during the trade show!
